Specs: Eight-story 36,000 s.f. structure located in downtown Miami, MDC’s Wolfson Campus. Six cooking/teaching labs, a television studio, demonstration lab, and a full service restaurant on the top floor. A cafe, classrooms and administrative offices round out the spaces. The building achieved LEED Gold certification.
